Britain is to become the first country in the world where the movements of all vehicles on the roads are recorded. A new national surveillance system will hold the records for at least two years.

This is the most outrageous afront to civil liberties I've heard in some time. Simply insane. I try not to call up the Big Brother reference often, but here's a case where it truly applies.
